As a primary on-site representative for Promontory, the Winery Ambassador represents the culture and philosophy of Promontory. The Winery Ambassador will authentically live our values, with curiosity for people and the ability to understand and engage with others’ interests across different subjects. By providing exceptional hospitality and a memorable experience when hosting private visits and tastings and offering direct-to-consumer sales at the time of the visit, the Winery Ambassador will successfully establish and nurture long-term, repeat business from existing and new patrons.

The Hospitality Liaison/Concierge will embody and communicate the culture and philosophy of the Harlan Domain. The Hospitality Liaison/Concierge will act as a conduit for all pertinent information between guests and patrons and various functions within the organization. Uses exemplary communication and attention to detail to surpass expectations with patrons and guests. This role will work closely with existing and new referral sources focusing on effectively yielding availability at the winery. This is a full-time role with benefits requiring regular weekend work shifts.

The Property Steward is responsible for the aesthetic preservation of the Promontory property, aiding with the daily operations of the winery and all special events at Promontory. The Property Steward will provide a high level of service in fulfilling these tasks with exceptional attention to detail.

As a Logistics Fulfillment Coordinator at Domain HWH, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our fulfillment related operations, including order fulfillment coordination and processing, as well as cross-functional collaboration with other operations teams, carriers, service providers and the broader organization.

The Financial Analyst role is responsible for delivering financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners with various departments to provide accurate financial reporting, performance analysis, budgeting support, and forward-looking projections. This is a full-time role with benefits requiring 5 days per week in office.
