The Hospitality Administrator (HA) provides administrative and operational support across the Winery Ambassador team, Patron Relations, and the broader hospitality function. Serving as a central cross-functional coordination point, this role helps ensure the seamless planning, organization, and execution of daily hospitality activities and relationship-centered initiatives. Through thoughtful preparation, meticulous attention to detail, and disciplined follow-through, the HA enables highly personalized guest and patron experiences while supporting the integrity of relationships over time. This individual exercises exceptional discretion, sound judgment, creativity, and precision, ensuring every hospitality touchpoint reflects professionalism, warmth, and exacting standards synonymous with Promontory.

As a primary on-site representative for Promontory, the Winery Ambassador represents the culture and philosophy of Promontory. The Winery Ambassador will authentically live our values, with curiosity for people and the ability to understand and engage with others’ interests across different subjects. By providing exceptional hospitality and a memorable experience when hosting private visits and tastings and offering direct-to-consumer sales at the time of the visit, the Winery Ambassador will successfully establish and nurture long-term, repeat business from existing and new patrons.

The Hospitality Liaison/Concierge will embody and communicate the culture and philosophy of the Harlan Domain. The Hospitality Liaison/Concierge will act as a conduit for all pertinent information between guests and patrons and various functions within the organization. Uses exemplary communication and attention to detail to surpass expectations with patrons and guests. This role will work closely with existing and new referral sources focusing on effectively yielding availability at the winery. This is a full-time role with benefits requiring regular weekend work shifts.

The Property Steward is responsible for the aesthetic preservation of the Promontory property, aiding with the daily operations of the winery and all special events at Promontory. The Property Steward will provide a high level of service in fulfilling these tasks with exceptional attention to detail.

The Logistics Director is a strategic and operational leader responsible for demonstrating year-over-year improvement across all post-bottling logistics functions, including warehousing, fulfilment, inventory management, and process innovation. As a highly cross functional role, this position is integral to the success of the organization by partnering closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment, efficiency, and execution across the business. This role shapes the future of the Winery Domain’s logistics capabilities by championing technology, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational rigor. Additionally, this role builds and sustains strong, mutually supportive partnerships with the Directors of both DTC and Trade channels, fostering collaboration that drives continuous improvement and enhances overall business performance. This is a full-time role with benefits requiring 5 days per week onsite.
